Item Naming Source

Determines the value to use for the item name of the Azure tenant item. 

• Tenant Name
  The name of the tenant - for example "CONTOSO" set in the Azure portal. 
  For more information see changing the tenant name in Azure.

• Primary Domain
  The primary domain name - for example "contoso.com".
