XIA Automation Administrator's Guide

The following development environments are supported:

• Microsoft Visual Studio using C#.NET.

• Microsoft PowerShell or PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment (ISE).

The following web services are integrated into XIA Automation Server.

Administration Web Service

The administration web service provides system administrators with access to the system configuration, licensing information, and server diagnostics.

This web services is also used by the administration tools.

Automation Web Service

The automation web service provides users with access to execute automation profiles.

Scheduler Access Web Service

The scheduler access web service is used by the scheduler service to perform automated actions such as automatically importing files. This web service is for internal use only and should not be accessed by the SDK.
