The client diagnostics assists with troubleshooting the XIA Links Client by writing detailed diagnostics information to a log file.


The client diagnostics can be enabled and accessed from the tools menu within the XIA Links Client, or by setting the appropriate user registry setting.


The diagnostics log is written in UTF-8 encoding.


The client diagnostics log file is written to the following location

%AppData%\CENTREL Solutions\XIA Links Client\Logs\Trace\trace.log
