The report generated is really awesome!

We have been using XIA Configuration since 2018 (test) and we are in general satisfied with it. We expect the product to evolve to be one of the top notch products in the near future.

Pros: Automated documentation for windows machines (servers and clients). We have seen this best works if you have local active directory. The report generated is really awesome! You can do branded reports and many more! Custom report via customized SQL statement which give a lot of flexibility is a nice feature. Version control and comparison of documentation.

Cons: We really did not like the part of Generic Network Device category. Xia needs to improve to correctly identify all the network devices as per their manufacturer and models. We had to do a little bit of manual editing for the report in accordance with our need.
