XIA Automation is a very powerful tool, massively configurable allowing us to provision thousands of user accounts in minutes, something that would have taken a great deal of effort previously. Also provides a web interface for a non-admin (ICT Co-ordinator, Head of Department) to add users and change passwords. It emails me to tell me what has been done, when and by whom.
