1. Create a new Active Directory Password Reset Task

To create a new Active Directory Password Reset task, right click and select Reset a Password under Active Directory.

2. Configure the Username Selection

Allow the user to enter the username or use an Active Directory search to display certain accounts from the specified Organisational Unit.

3. Configure the Active Directory Password Reset Task

Configure task settings such as entering the password to be set for the account or choosing to allow the user to enter a password.

Specify if the task should unlock any existing Active Directory accounts.

4. Reset an Active Directory Password

Users access XIA Automation Server through their web browser, select the user account then enter a new password.
