1. Configure the Username Selection

Allow the username to be entered manually or use an Active Directory Search Variable:

Use the variable settings to, for example, specify which Organizational Unit to list users from:

The user for which the password will be changed can then be selected from a drop down:

2. Create a new Active Directory Password Reset Task

Create a new Active Directory Password Reset task by selecting Reset a Password under Active Directory.

3. Configure the Active Directory Password Reset Task

Configure task settings such as entering the password to be set for the account or choosing to allow the user to enter a password.

Specify if the task should unlock any existing Active Directory accounts.

4. Reset an Active Directory Password

End users access XIA Automation through their web browser where they can select a user account and enter a new password.
