XIA Configuration Install SQL Server Express This support article is for users without an existing SQL Server who wish to install XIA Configuration Server. IMPORTANT: Cancel and close the XIA Configuration Server installer if it is open. Download and run the appropriate version of SQL Server Express for your operating system: 2017 Express 2019 Express 2022 Express Select the Basic installation type: Read and Accept the license terms: Confirm the install location and press Install: After the installation, we recommend installing SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to help administer SQL.
