XIA Configuration makes documentation easy!

Having always struggled to produce and maintain documentation for our systems, I was looking for something that could satisfy the requirements - ease of use, thoroughness and consistent formatting. XIA Configuration does all that with the added benefit of version control, meaning we are able to quickly determine what has changed within our environment.

Furthermore, XIA Configuration was a key component of our project to migrate servers and applications into the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. It can report on services across our hybrid estate and to an extent that we couldn't hope to achieve manually.

Top marks to the CENTREL Solutions support team too - they have been helpful from the start and continue to be interested in our feedback to keep improving the product.
