XIA Configuration Server v9.1 is available!

XIA Configuration Server version 9.1 is now available with improved security, licensing, easy installation and more!

The latest release of our automated network documentation tool XIA Configuration Server includes the following:

Licensing

• Simplified licensing and updated license type definitions

SNMP Version 3

• Support for scanning network devices using SNMP version 3

Security

• The ability to use client certificates for two-factor authentication

• Improved server connection settings including updated proxy settings and service level inheritance
• Support for client registration and polling allowing client installations to be tracked
• Improved security with the dedicated client access web service
• Support for TLS 1.2 encryption between the XIA Configuration Client and XIA Configuration Server

Note: Before upgrading to XIA Configuration Server v9.1, please read the upgrade notes and contact us to request a new license file. Due to the improvements made to security, XIA Configuration Server is now based on the .NET Framework 4.6.2.
