Eliminates the need to swamp the IT support staff

A pro of XIA Automation is being able to get teachers to reset student passwords eliminating the need for pupils to leave the classroom. A con is that the initial setup takes a lot of work.

We find that XIA Automation is a very useful product and eliminates the need to swamp the IT support staff with student password resets.
