Store and Share Resources

Use XIA Configuration to store and share external resources such as images and Visio diagrams. Access and version control are automatically available for all resources managed by XIA Configuration.

Creating Resources

New resources can be created easily by selecting the resource file from the file system.

Information such as size, subject and author are automated extracted from Office XML based document types such as .docx and .xlsx as well as JPEG images.

Resources allow users to store information such as user guides, support contracts and other relevant information alongside automated inventory information within the XIA Configuration user interface.
